From @jaybee84 : Option to add multiple fileview_ids/project_ids so that the email sent out or output is essentially a digest of updates to all fileviews that I may be monitoring

I think it makes sense to add support for a list of fileviews, but I want to discourage the ability to monitor multiple projects.

  1. Will be relatively arbitrary where the fileview will be stored when specifying multiple projects.
  2. Encourage users to create a file view that has the multiple projects as the scope.

Although, one could technically argue that instead of having a list of file views, that one file view could be created with all the scopes.
