Bug summary
so when i record halfway during the video the video just rotates horizontally

Steps to reproduce

  1. i have upside down monitor i have in KDE i have monitor inverted
  2. hit record
  3. wait
  4. video randomly flipping

here i uploaded relevant video, its raw without any editing, so you can see, it firsly rotates in the begining and the in the middle its very random
