2.3.0 (Flatpak)

Bug summary
I know for sure that Kooha worked, but after some update I cannot start recording due to x264 encoding error.

Steps to reproduce
Open Kooha. Choose mp4 and 30 fps. Try to start recording.

Expected behavior
Screen recording works.

Relevant logs, screenshots, screencasts, etc.
I already mentioned here. But here's log: http://0x0.st/88Fe.log

oh wow, was x263 codec released? sounds great
