Update UI

Update to a better UI adding some minor features and use custom css instead of Chakra UI.

Remove Chakra UI (and related)
Use Styled Components
Show compare setups Icon only when setups are loaded, and make the toggle show all or only differences
Redesign navbar to be: LOGO --- Toggle compare setups / Upload Setups / Info / Toggle Theme
Use custom css for the table, instead of Chakra UI table
Info modal functionality, show README.md (look for react a markdown library)
Make arrows for tab scrolling (and hide scrollbar)
Make table first col sticky
Replace main divs with section and article
Fix background first column
Use theme sizes for font size
Give some margin to tabs and table?
Make table first row sticky
Make a light and dark theme
Add more things to the footer if necessary?
Hide scrollbar in overflow body? Just in case the screen is so small, so at least it doesn't show the scrollbar, but it's still scrollable to see all the content
Add a label to files icon, and book icon
