About NVIDIA Power Management
NVIDIA Power Management can be used to create GPU Power Limit Profiles. You can define Power Limit or GPU min/max clock ranges per application on NVIDIA Power Management. Power Limit and supported GPU clocks depend on your graphics card.
How-to Install
Install NVIDIA Power Management in AnWave Main interface
Menu > Tools > NVIDIA Power Management
A pop-up dialog will ask you if you want to install, please press [Yes] to continue.
After the installation is completed, NVIDIA Power Management will be automatically launch (the NVIDIA Power Management Service will also be installed). You can start NVIDIA Power Management from the desktop shortcut or in the desktop right-click menu.
Set GPU power limit/GPU Clock limit (Global)
In the【Power】tab, Set GPU Power Limit or GPU Clock Limit. Similar to MSI Afterburner, GPU power limits are automatically applied after starting Windows.
Load/Save NVPL Profile
Set NVPL Profile Path to save/load personal settings.
Enable GPU Power Limit Profile
Create GPU Power Limit Profile and define Power Limit or GPU min/max clock ranges per application on NVIDIA Power Management.
In the【Control】tab, Click the【Enable NVPL Profile & Adaptive VRAM Clock】button to activing GPU Power Limit Profile feature. And enabling【Apply a Profile for Applications using the GPU】,【Enable Passive Power Limit Profile Triggering Mode】options.
Click the【Editor】to open【NVIDIA Power Limit Profile Editor】
Enter a game *.exe executable file to create a New Profile. (No need to enter file extension. Example. Enter "wow" is correct, "wow.exe" is wrong.)
Pull the Power Limit slider to adjust the power limit.
After setting is complete, click the【Save】button.
How-to Remove NVIDIA Power Management
If you have an older version of NVIDIA Power Management installed on your system, you will need to remove the old version before installing the latest version.
In the AnWave window menu [Options] > [Advanced Cleanup Utility]
