When using 3dmigoto (GIMI variant), SpecialK on screen interface won't show. Press Ctrl + Shift + Backspace, mouse cursor can change to SpecialK style, but no UI is show. Keyboard like Left, Right arrow, Enter has response and can be used to turn off invisible SpecialK UI.

To fix this, delete related SpecialK.ini, restore it to default, launch the game without 3dmigoto, and with SpecialK, change SpecialK settings, close game, set SpecialK.ini to read only, prevent SpecialK from edit it, launch the game with 3dmigoto and SpecialK, this time SpecialK UI is visible.

Specifically, don't let SpecialK.ini [DXGI.Hooks] or [D3D11.Hooks] section contains 3dmigoto dll. But SpecialK will re-add them automatically, thus manually set to read only to keep it away from 3dmigoto dll.
