Do you support the identification and reorganization of API interfaces encapsulated by mcp services?

Excuse me, can this tool recombine API interfaces encapsulated by different mcp services into a new mcp service or a URL?
For example, mcp service A has 10 API interfaces from a1 to a10 and mcp service B has 20 API interfaces from b1 to b20. Can a3 and b8 be repackaged into a new mcp service? Or a URL is ok.
