Indexing of genInfo object for different generator configurations

Not all samples follow the same convention for writing the QCD scale weights into the genInfo object.
Right now we have hard coded a single type of indexing in MCScaleVariation that works for most samples but not all (e.g. DYJets).
A general solution has to be found to make sure each sample is treated in the appropriate way.
