Update UL18 golden json

The UL18 golden json we are using seems to be outdated. The recommended one is:

/afs/cern.ch/cms/CAF/CMSCOMM/COMM_DQM/certification/Collisions18/13TeV/Legacy_2018/Cert_314472-325175_13TeV_Legacy2018_Collisions18_JSON.txt

We should remove the two extra lumi sections we are using or, even better, update the golden json centrally in UHH2 and reprocess this dataset (from preselection).
