What problem does this feature solve?

在某些场景下需要展开全部的树形节点，目前文档里只提供了展开某一个树节点的方法toggleHierarchyState，但该方法只能展开某一行的一个节点，希望能增加可以展开全部节点的方法

What does the proposed API look like?

增加类似toggleHierarchyAllState方法
