Hi All,

My System is in CET time, and I want additional time in IST Time which is (+3.5 hours) difference. How to achieve it?

w+3:nn HH:nn\ndd.mm.yyyy dd.mm.yyyy\n" IST CET"

CET time is 10:25 AM
Now IST Time shows 01:25, I want to show it as 01:55
