Description
Sometimes, WireCloud leaves "zombie" tooltips. Specially now that WireCloud uses animations to move between the different views (E.g. going from the workspace editor to the wiring editor).
- Only one tooltip should be displayed at one time.
- Tooltips should disappear if the user clicks outside the influence area.
