Exception: no ID could be matched with cis- file; check your Darts-flat ID column or if you supplied the correct cis-feature file.

Hi @zcpan Have we released the featurization scripts for Darts somewhere, or have plans on releasing?
Basically users should be able to generate their own cis-features given an alternative-splicing event definition (event type, coords, strand) and a genome FASTA file.

Hi @WMM1010, we are planning to add the sequence feature annotation function to DARTS soon. We will keep you posted.

Through your article, I found that the calculation of cis-feature came from the nature literature "Deciphering the splicing code" in 2010 and "The human splicing code reveals new insights into the genetic determinants of disease" in 2015, but their resources have run out.I wonder if their resources remain on Github, if so, can they be shared? Thank you!
