Describe the bug
Queue contains items that cannot be removed. They do not respond to Cancel All or Cancel Download buttons, and persist between container restarts. They do not seem to affect any actual functionality, and downloading still seems to work as it should, and they appear to be ignored by the simultaenous download cap.

To Reproduce
Not sure of exactly how to reproduce this, but I noticed it after leaving the container running over a couple of days, with a long download queue, where it first looked like this:

and after a browser refresh (and queueing up more albums), it looks like this. The progress never changes and I cannot find any way to remove them from the list.

Interesting error. I will add per-download logging in the next update, then we will have a better glance at the details of this.

As of this morning they seem to have disappeared

I have the same issue. Can the queue be emptied somehow else? Container restart does not help.
