I have a question regarding the "reference free" version of deconvolution. In the documentation it is mentioned:
## One limitation of reference-free version of CARD is that the cell types inferred from CARDfree do not come with a cell type label. It might be difficult to interpret the results.
Is there no way to assign the actual names of the celltypes from the marker list to the resultant proportions dataframe? The labels of CT1, CT2, ..., etc change each time I run the tool. So it is difficult to manually assign the celltype labels - especially for smaller celltype populations.
