I would like to ask if there are any special differences between the versions we are using now and the commercial versions? When will our version be able to better support UDP?

The commercial version ? There is no commercial version.
For UDP, it will be better when I will find a solution for that. For now there is no real solutions, you can try XRay with UDP enabled that can be faster but use more CPU than default configuration.
These question should be in openmptcprouter repo.
