Do not run scan at startup if a cron schedule is set

I use Sponsorblock flags on my podcast downloads, so I've set the scans to only run at 4 AM to give time for the segments to be populated.

However, the container still seems to run a scan at boot, which can be a bit annoying if you're troubleshooting or rebooting the system, as certain podcasts download too early before the sponsors have been marked.

Not sure if there is a config option I've looked over, or if this is just an oversight.
