This pre-release comes with postgreSQL 13 support. Plus probably easier to install --- you don't have to use create-secrets tools anymore. All compulsory secrets: db secrets, JWT / session secrets, minio secrets will be auto created by helm now. It's also backwards-compatible --- if you already have the secrets in your namespace, existing secrets will be used rather than re-generate the values.

Here is migration doc (if you use db service from cloud provider, you probably don't need to do anything. This is users who use in-k8s DB instance).
