The date picker shown in Personal email reports is not used (main view).

It should be removed or its role indicated. I understand choosing a date range for such reports should be possible, but it's on the main view showing all reports.

It's for when you download a report or if you send a report via email. The selected date will be applied to this.

Some users have been confused by this over the years, but right now I can't think of a nice way to make it clear... An alternative could be to show the calendar when one clicks on "Download report"...

Maybe we can add a title/tooltip at least?

Title > tooltip.

There's way too many stuff hidden in Piwik when you don't use the mouse. I understand you're trying to make the interface clutter-free but some stuff should be a preference thing. Like % for instance. See #6182 (comment)
