Ideas:

  • Add red offline tag in index.html, remove offline tag in JS, so if user has JS disabled they will see red offline tag
  • Add HTML4 style meta refresh tag to reload every few minutes, delete the tag in JS, so if user has JS disabled they will reload every few mins
