我看发布的程序里面的demo，需要部署mqtt服务器，需要部署ICE环境（STUN/TURN），但似乎没有说明推荐用哪个呢，
zlm，srs，apprtc，coturn等都能完成支持呢？需不需要额外的配置或还需要部署什么组件。

sfu信令是http，不需要mqtt
p2p可以使用mqtt/coturn，mqtt作为信令交互协议，coturn作为stun/turn服务器
