Page 13 has a footnote that starts by explaining TeX and then mentions "plain TeX". Those are not the same. Plain TeX is a macro package, like LaTeX, just far less sophisticated. I would replace "plain TeX" in that footnote by "the TeX language". In appendix A you could add an item for Plain TeX.
