wget --no-check-certificate https://github.com/nu774/fdkaac/archive/master.zip -O fdkaac-master.zip

doesn't always run but it's easy to download the file directly.

make install && popd && rd /s /q fdkaac-master

fails with this messgage

make: *** no rule to make target 'install'. Stop.

OK, how to fix this line?
