Thèse issues have been opened for 4 years. Do you know when we can expect that ? I think that many people would really enjoy it since a lot of people are using dark mode on other platforms. |
I don't know how long we will have to wait because if we turn on the calculator with the brightness at the maximum in the middle of the night (in the dark) while our eyes are used to the dark, we get a camera flash effect in the eyes and how to say.... it is not pleasant at all, Moreover, it would save a lot of battery life on the calculator and would allow us to avoid blowing our eyes out every time! |
I'm not sure a dark mode would save battery life since the screen is probably backlit LCD and not OLED. |
Yep, that is IPS LCD |
The dark theme was already implemented on know forks like Omega and Upsilon |
Weird that the first issue was opened in June 2018 and they still did not add dark mode, especially that it already exists |

Peu importe la couleur de la calculatrice là c’est surtout pour un usage la nuit. Comme y’a des dark mode sur quasi tout les autres appareils électroniques de nos jours. |
