Further Information

This would allow to run PureCN with pre-segmented output (supported: CNVkit, GATK4). I figured it would be easier to create a new module than heavily patch the existing run one.

Are you going to work on this?

  • If I'm planning to work on this module, I added myself to the Assignees to facilitate tracking who is working on the module

Requires a PureCN version with lima1/PureCN@171b040 or it will always fail.
