Description of the bug

I am struggling to get past the first step of the pipeline: providing the contrast file in the correct format. The attached file gives the following error: [CRITICAL] The contrast sheet **must** contain these column headers: contrast, treatment, control.

I have tried both the release version (1.0.4) and the dev branch. Perhaps I am overlooking something obvious?

Command used and terminal output

I am using Seqera Platform (formerly knowns as Seqera Tower), so I am not sure what the command would be.

System information

Nextflow version 23.10.4
Executor: awsbatch
Container engine: docker
nf-core/rnasplice: 1.0.4 or dev

I changed the order of the columns to control,treatment,contrast and it worked
