Description of feature

As described in the title, I would like to know if there is any option for running the pipeline for the second time, excluding part of the samples in the samplesheet.
In this case, the tool should avoid the steps:

  1. Preprocessing
  2. Alignment and quantification

Is this feasible?
Please let me know.
