Implemented the Sandwich estimator for Theta. Works fine (about 90% of the parameters inside the 95% confidence interval.

minor changes on IMPS_PLN.r, and I began to get the matrices needed to compute C_n(\ta) for the sandwich estimator. I added the function get_mat_i_Theta in VEM.r and the function get_Cn_Theta.
