Not sure if this is intended behaviour. When resizing images and then downloading as PDF, all images will have their original sizes in the exported document. Happens with HTML as well.

Images originate from Confluence import where they were shrinked to fit on a single page.

There are some limitations on the HTML export as the layout is not easy to perfectly mirror, however we should put effort into making image sizing work.
