Description
Since the early days of ord there has been talk of integrating bittorrent for file storage and improvements to the protocol that can be made to that end. This has been talked about by Casey Rodarmor on the hell money pod and in a recent x post here:

"I think it's a good idea, and quite easy to support. The way that it would work is the inscription would explicitly appear as a magnet link (or .torrent file download) and clicking it would open the link in the users torrent client, or download the .torrent file."
I wasn't sure if I should draw up a OIP or how to purpose? Especially considering this is not my idea just something I think would assist the protocol and help people understand their options for larger files sizes, a common concern of new inscribors.
