As reported by @pwalczysko

The ROI editing comment works only when you close and reopen the iviewer

Workflow 1 (does not work)

  • Open iviewer
  • Create.roi
  • add comment
  • save roi
  • try to edit the comment -> fail

Workflow 2 (does work)

  • open iviewer
  • create roi
  • add comment
  • save
  • close iviewer
  • reopen the same image in a new tab in iviewer
  • select the roi you commented on in previous steps above
  • edit the roi -> works as expected

There is no difference in behaviour between 0130 and 0140 iviewer versions
The above 2 workflows apply for both
