In media1, media2 services,

'SetVideoSourceConfiguration' command doesn't support flip and mirror feature.

There is a only 'Rotate' regarding video scene change. But some cameras support video mirroring and flipping.

  • Can we add new flip, mirror feature?

  • If so, what will be PT direction after applying mirror/flip? keep or change

  • Should we initialize coordinates rule setting?

I would be in favour of adding flip, mirror features. I have used them on other devices but not very often.

The Pan/Tit (PT) on those device I have used did not change their behaviour and it was up to the user to manage direction but there may be a need for change on "Spherical Absolute Move". I would leave that as an open question for my other colleagues.

@Juyoung-Hanwha was a PR created for this ? @sujithhanwha was that not the decision from the last Video Enhancement WG meeting or am I mistaken?
