Bug tls-no-verify not working with auth which was the response within the browser via the CLI auth

failed to exchange token: Post "https://keycloak-pep-dev.dsp-dev-green.virtru.com/realms/opentdf/protocol/openid-connect/token": tls: failed to verify certificate: x509: “platform-pep-dev.dsp-dev-green.virtru.com” certificate is not trusted
