Whatever I try, I get the following
"We have connection problem with twitter REST API right now :(
Rate limit exceeded!"

I'm afraid it's rainbowstream's end.

I find this happens when your internet (on mine anyway) connection has even a momentary disconnection and even when it reconnects immediately, that during a refresh of Rainbowstream, it causes the application to plow. Also if you have twitter open in your browser at the same time and you are actively refreshing the browser application it can cause the "Rate limit exceeded!" message. Other than that my Rainbowstream seems to be reasonably happy. Keep the faith, I've been using Rainbow stream since day one of its existence (almost) and the few of us who do use it need to keep it going. :-)

"Nope" - of course: otherwise I wouldn't have opened this :\

I remember that - at least from my italian connection - this failure began at random spots in the last days of Oct 2023, and it has got permanent since the beginning of November: regardless of any whatsoever combination(s) of concurrent or previous browser(s) session(s) and\or rebuilding its ~/ dotfiles. On both my Arch PCs.

I realise I'm not providing much\good data - but again no, it's not appearing that simple.

Thanks you a lot for your help, anyway.

P.
