Can you post more about your system? Specs, distro... and how many desktop applications you have installed? 2024-09-17-112223.mp4This is recorded on my system... Arch, 7950x, 32gb memory. 82 desktop files in /usr/share/applications. |

I really like this launcher, and I commend @abenz1267 for the hardwork and time he's put into it. The performance however is really concerning. A simple app search takes forever even with
exec- --gapplication-service. The CPU spikes during this period, and results are shown eventually, but the time it takes makes it unusable and I've regrettably been forced to have an alternative launcher.
