As of v.3 a default tag was introduced (sorry, I don't know its name in English, in my localisation it's called "predefinito").

Please allow users to delete it. In case this default entity is required for correct functioning of the app, please make it editable, so it could at least be renamed and actually used for something. Seeing how it obviously follows the device locale, I don't think its name is hardcoded.

The way it is now this tag cannot be used by existing users, who already have their own tag cloud. It only gets in the way of a set workflow.
