- Game engine overhaul from Swing to LWJGL (resulting in significant performance increase)

- Medic - heals tanks of the same team up to their base health + 1

- 2 new blocks
- Bouncy - bullets bounce on these 100 times, not counting down their remaining bounces for other obstacles
- Teleporter - takes the tank to a random other teleported in the level
