I seem to have gotten the new(?) YouTube UI and it's being problematic with SponsorBlock.

Anytime I attempt to adjust the audio, the pop-up slider runs away with SponsorBlock's options. Chasing it is a 50/50 on whether it gets away or I catch it.

I've attached a .gif demonstrating the issue.

Same for me. You can disable the buttons in the plugins options for now. Then the slider acts normal

Please fix this issue soon as it is truly crippling. Thank you!

In the meanwhile, a workaround is to disable both "Show buttons on YouTube player" and "Show info button on YouTube player".
