I am using the Jupyterlab Extension (which is awesome) however would love if there were more visual indicators of progress for long running processes, e.g.:

  1. Identifying the currently processing step (color code relative to the steps status)
  2. Progress through the currently progressing step. Ideally this would be a progress bar/eta timer a la tqdm that appears above the step when possible.

Thanks @Bimbam360, that's a very valid point. Indicators could be added at the component level for sure
