In some circumstances, the following exception occurs when you show a toast:

Unhandled Exception:
System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object
at GlobalToast.Toast.Show () [0x00054] in /Users/andrius/Projects/Toast/Toast/Toast.cs:264
