Hello.

In F1 series, "GPIO_PinRemapConfig()" must be called when we use remap, but this functinon is not called in USART1,2 and 3 (SPI may also have same problem)

I fixed this problem, but this solution is not sensible...( It contains ifdef macros in usartX.h )
