Example:

to turn on logging, edit config.ini
The line Logging=0 can be changed to

Logging=0 for no log file
Logging=1 for warnings only in the log file
Logging=2 for warnings and errors only in the log file
Logging=3 for warnings, errors and debug messages in the log file
