🔖 Feature description

It would make sense to update the SDK versions in the starter templates...but we need to be careful about sdks and Runtimes that don't work.

🎤 Pitch

This makes sure people use the right SDK for version 1.4 of Appwrite.

@stnguyen90 if you can give more details I can contribute it, so far my understanding is that we should be using the latest appwrite SDK version when somebody uses the CLI to initialize the project.

If this understanding is correct, can you enlighten me on where I could do this implementation,? With my understanding https://github.com/appwrite/functions-starter/tree/main in this repo all the supported starters need their respective appwrite SDK version needs to be updated to the respective latest version.
