Description of the bug
If a theme sets a font size of input.form-search (higher than 12px - --admin-bar-font-size) then this affects the Menu Search box on the admin bar which actually makes the admin bar bigger than --admin-bar-height and can make the admin bar cover header items if they rely on that height.
Steps To Reproduce
To reproduce the behavior:
- Install the Borg theme
- Login with a role that has permission to use the admin bar and management menu
- View the front end pages.
Actual behavior
Menu Search is larger and expands the admin bar
Expected behavior
Menu Search works as intended and admin bar stays same height.
