Summary:

PRN 120 and 136 are not showing flags on OnePlus 5T w/ Android 7.1.1 (see below). Looks like PRN 120 is this EGNOS satellite, and PRN 136 is this EGNOS satellite. More on EGNOS, a SBAS, is here and here.
Steps to reproduce:
Run app on OnePlus 5T w/ Android 7.1.1
Expected behavior:
Show flag next to PRN 120 and 136
Observed behavior:
No flag is shown
