Developer Note:
The search query is incorrectly including the party type EXECUTOR, TRUSTEE, ADMINISTRATOR that have individual names instead of business/org names.
Fix: only include EXECUTOR, TRUSTEE, ADMINISTRATOR party types that have a business name when searching by organization/business name.
