Hi Team,

Our BINS 440304 and 471911 are incorrectly identified as BINS from US on the BIN List.

These BINS now belong to UAE Mashreq Bank. Below Screenshots are from Visa Online Portal

Requesting you to please update the data. As some acquirer are using your service and are rejecting transactions assuming being the US BIN
