Enable all features by default and require not wanted features to be manually disabled

Because I always want them enabled (opinionated!)
Less code required on each install, the plugin is beneficial right away after install
Maybe some really weird feature can be needed to be manually enabled
Using composer and semver we could release a new version now and for each new feature and not breaking anything/any sites
