Adding new prompts currently requires introducing a new value for PROMPT_MODE enum, and hardcoding the prompt inside the rerankers that support the newly added prompt mode. This limits integration of new prompts.

Moving forward we want to support yaml prompt templates that can be passed to as commandline args
