Motivation
I'm using chaiNNer as an easy-to-use image conversion tool. Especially from PNG or TIFF to DDS format. But on Linux texconv isn't supported, so I can't easily convert images with chaiNNer.

Description
Would be great to implement silimar tool in chaiNNer for Linux users. For example, Cuttlefish if we are talking specifically about DDS format (and KTX, PVR) or ImageMagick if we are talking about other formats (DDS support is awful in ImageMagick).

Alternatives
As I said, I've already tried ImageMagick, but that's not an easy to use with different filters or image manipulation tool. It's just a regular cli with long reading their not really user-friendly website.
Cuttlefish is also a cli conversion tool to DDS, KTX and PVR formats.
Krita plugin for DDS kinda bruh for now (doesn't support some things and not fast-to-use).
GIMP doesn't support BC7 natively.
And ofc any of these tools doesn't support neuro-models and they are not fast to use when you dealing with difficult image manipulations (for example, unpack PNG spritesheet, generate something, apply filters, pack spritesheet back, convert to DDS).
